A couple of things to consider before you dive in to support the ease of your navigation:

1. If you are pregnant or have a baby, you will want to access the MamaBe courses, as well as the Yoga Nidra Meditation course. If you are NOT pregnant, and do not have a baby, disregard the MamaBe courses. You will be accessing the Mindful Yoga, Yoga Nidra Meditation and Special Events/Workshops. 

2. The course content is not linear and does not need to be followed in order. Therefore, instead of using the 'complete & continue' prompt at the bottom of any practice page, you will regularly be using the left side bar to choose the section and practice you will be using. (Use the top left box icon if the side bar is not visible). Next to each section title you'll see a toggle arrow that will allow you to open and close the content list under each section (this will allow you to more easily browse the various sections).

3. For the live-streaming practices and gatherings, you will need to have the latest version of Zoom installed on your computer or tablet. Please be sure to read more about how our classes will meet via Zoom, and relevant support information at: https://clearlight.thinkific.com/pages/zoom

4. To access your account details, click your user name (top menu on the right) with your user name. Here you can change your password, view billing and receipts, make changes to your account, update your credit card, or cancel your membership.
