We gather on this longest night of the year to turn inwardly as we honour the darkness and celebrate the return of light. Not only is this a celestially relevant evening, it is a wonderful excuse to simply come together and connect during the holiday season. Have a candle on hand to light in your own space... we will share in some chanting, pranayama, a short meditation, and we will conclude with a guided iRest Yoga Nidra to invite you into a restful and restorative sleep. Invite your family, they are more than welcome!
